Scott Baio isn’t really decreasing without a battle!
As we reported, at an interview with attorney Lisa Bloom on Wednesday, Charles In Charge star Alexander Polinsky spoke up for the very first time to implicate the Happy Days thespian of unwanted sexual advances and abuse. He formerly implicated Baio of “regular verbal attacks,” “mental abuse,” and “physical assault.”

Sitcom costar Nicole Eggert, who likewise declares Baio sexually abused her as a small, waited Polinsky’s side.
That very same day, Baio representative Brian Glicklich and attorney Jennifer McGrath held their own interview to reject all the previously mentioned claims.
Though Baio was not present, his associates check out the following declaration from him:
“For reasons I don’t understand I am the victim of false claims that threaten everything precious in my life… Mostly, I’m stunned… I will not let this continue… I will use every ounce of strength I have to fight this.”
The associates then knock “hungry for publicity” Polinsky and Eggert for their “ever-changing stories.”
Reportedly, Eggert– who they state has a performance history of making incorrect claims– did a previous interview where she stated:
“I would love to work with him [Scott] again and am friends with his wife.”
The associates likewise call BS on Polinsky’s claims as they state no one on the Charles In Charge set ever reported any circumstances of abuse. Obviously, Polinsky even took a picture with his arm around Scott at his birthday celebration 7 years back.
Overall, they call the whole event a “media witch hunt” and “not a dog-and-pony show.”
